Free Transportation |
We gladly provide free transportation for our eligible senior members, age 65 and
above, who live within 20-mile radius of Allied Physicians IPA's corporate office,
to and from their medical appointment. Courteous and respectful drivers operate our
clearly labeled Allied Physicians IPA van, from 9 AM to 4:30PM, during weekdays.

Requirements for Transportation Services:
- Members 65 years and above.
- 48 hours notice prior to doctor's appointment.
- Member must live within a 20-mile radius of Allied's corporate office (1668 S. Garfield Ave., Alhambra)
At the time of the call, please tell us your:
- Name
- Member ID
- Physician's Name and Office Location
- Time of appointment with doctor.
IMPORTANT: Members who schedule to be driven to the doctor's office at 4:00 PM will need
to arrange their own transportation home due to time limitations.
