Healthy Families |
Healthy Families Program is a State of California program that provides medical, dental, and vision
coverage to children under age 19, of families who don't have private insurance and whose income is
at or falls below the 200% poverty level.
HEALTHY FAMILIES REQUIREMENTS
- Children 0 to 19 years old.
- Family income at or below the 200% poverty level.
- Child must not be covered by employer-sponsored health insurance for previous 3 months.
- Child must not be eligible for no-cost Medi-Cal.
- Child must be US citizen, or qualified alien.
- Child must live in California and have no health insurance.
